In 2018 the Rookies will adopt the following Team Selection Guidelines for boys football;

In considering our Team Selection guidelines, the club takes into consideration the following factors

• The RDFNL required us to field our strongest possible side (defined by ability) in the Division 1, the next strongest in Div 2 and least in Division 3.
• The club, via coaches and the coaching co-ordinator will endevour to place each player in a team that it thinks will best suit the player's development and enjoyment for the upcoming season.
• The final decision shall solely be the responsability of the coaching co-ordinator
• The maximum number of players in a team shall be 24.
